When is an order “confirmed”?
Once Tracking ID is generated for the order.
Any caps or targets?
No targets. Commission is purely percentage-based. Example: sell ₹1,00,000 in a week → earn ₹30,000.
Refunds/Returns?
No refunds, only exchanges. So that there is no worries of order cancellation and commission reversal. For more information refer our Refund Policy.
How do I track sales?
We share weekly statements with order IDs & amounts(order placed using seller id code at the time of checkout by the customer). For quick clarifications, reach us on email.
How do I credit missed sales (manual proof)?
Forward the customer’s order confirmation email or PDF invoice to our support email(valuecartbuy@gmail.com) to credit your commission.
